REQUEST FOR UNITY CAMPAIGN
UNITY FOR EDUCATION, AND CELEBRATION OF CULTURE
The "Youth Dem Future" [Enfants Du Future] will be launching their first annual "REQUEST FOR UNITY" Campaign this September. We will be commencing the campaign September 2nd, 2011 with an opening event that will have live peformances by Montreal's best entertainment within the Reggae Industry, helping us raise funds for brochures, advertising. Also we will be donating 1/2 the profit to a local charity that fall under the same categories. The rest of the campaign will last until the October 7th, 2011.
Between those times we will be handing out brochures, making guest speaches at any event that has much to do with the youth, and expresses the Importances of Education and/or Culture. We will also be completing several radio interviews on French and English College Radio discussing the Campaign and our mission.
This year our Launch is to help inform Parents, and Children the importance of education and the importance of their culture background. Leading into a Annual Summer Project to build a program for Caribbean Decent Youths to learn about their culture, and learning activities. (This would be a free, or small fee summer camp for the month of July every year.) On a regular this Campaign would run from June until September.

"The Youth Dem Future" had been collecting school bag and school supplies donations since August 2010.
Thus far we have 24 school bags collected.
Due to setbacks we didn't get them over this year but We are currently working with teachers at the school to know what the anticipated amount of children that will be attending for the 2012-2013 school year continuing with a new campaign launch next April

The ages range between 2-6 male and female.
